Career coaching for women in Balham, South West London

Fiorenza Rossini

Hi, I’m Fiorenza — a leadership and career transitions coach specialising in supporting mums and dads of young children as they navigate the profound identity shifts of early parenthood.

I help parents who feel changed by becoming a mum or dad — parents who sense they’re no longer the person they were before children, yet aren’t quite sure who they’re becoming. My work centres on helping you rediscover your sense of self, your confidence and your ambitions, so you can build a working life that feels purposeful, sustainable and true to you.

Many of the people I support are part of multicultural or global families, balancing different cultures, expectations and identities while raising young children far from familiar support systems. I bring a deep understanding of this experience, both professionally and personally.

How I arrived here

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade working internationally, including in leadership roles at a global bank. I’ve lived and worked across the UK and France, and my multicultural upbringing has shaped how I see identity, belonging and what it means to feel at home in yourself.

Becoming a parent transformed everything.
Suddenly I wasn’t just navigating cross-cultural life — I was raising a child across cultures, far from extended family, while carrying the emotional load and expectations of early parenthood. The experience shifted my values, my priorities and my sense of who I was in the world.

I realised that many parents were experiencing the same profound changes: questioning what they wanted from work, how to stay true to themselves, and how to build a meaningful career alongside family life.

That’s when my work expanded into what I do today:
supporting parents through the identity and career transitions that early parenthood brings.

What I believe

I believe that you can be ambitious and nurturing, driven and grounded, purposeful and rested.

I believe early parenthood is a powerful initiatory phase, one that reshapes who we are and invites us to make choices that honour our expanded identity.

And I believe you deserve support, especially during the years when time is tight, sleep is scarce and the emotional load is heavy.

My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself, without judgement, pressure or hustle.

How I work

My approach is rooted in coaching theory, cross-cultural frameworks and practical career development.
I support parents with:

  • identity shifts after becoming a parent

  • rethinking ambition and redefining success

  • career transitions and pivots

  • returning to work after parental leave

  • navigating multicultural family life

  • confidence, boundaries and imposter feelings

  • leadership development that honours your values

All of this is held in a warm, encouraging and inclusive space where your whole self is welcome — your values, your strengths, your uncertainties, your culture(s), and the beautiful chaos of life with (young) children.

I am an ICF PCC-credentialed coach, trained with CTI (Co-Active) and certified in cross-cultural coaching and the Firework Career Coaching Framework. My corporate background gives me a grounded understanding of workplace realities, decision-making pressures and organisational culture.

A little bit about me

I’m French with an Italian and Turkish heritage, and I live in London with my partner, 2 children (son+daughter) and cat.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me exploring parks, listening to podcasts about identity and parenthood, connecting with other multicultural families creating their own sense of home, or developing my skill of sewing!

If my story speaks to something in you, I’d love to connect and support you on your journey.

Testimonials

From the mouths of clients

Working with Fiorenza has been thought-provoking, transformational and empowering!

I came to work with Fiorenza after transitioning into my first Director position and a subsequent resurfacing of long buried imposter thoughts and limiting beliefs. Fiorenza created a safe space for me to explore these thoughts, feelings and emotions and provided invaluable provocations, exercises and toolkits to help me navigate and truly lean into what was behind each of them. After 6 months of coaching with Fiorenza, I am delighted with the transformation I have made. I have tackled a number of lifelong skeletons that have been holding me back from bringing my whole, authentic self to work and feel lighter and more confident than ever as a result of my work with Fiorenza. I cannot recommend Fiorenza enough to anyone who needs support to breakthrough a personal or professional challenge!

Grace Smith – Mars

Fiorenza helped me navigate several unique situations at work, while keeping me focused on my longer term goals. I definitely feel more confident with her in my corner. She’s my secret weapon!

Elicia Chen – Zuora

Throughout our discussions, Fiorenza helped me build a toolbox to be more confident and more fulfilled, in my private and professional life.
She managed to install a great trust and pushed the reflection to help me develop a clear path towards my targets. From tiny questions to big challenges, she was always a great support, a very active listener and a positive person ! I will not thank her enough for the personal changes that I have been through thanks to her.

Aude Lecrivain – Franke Group

From the first session to the last, her guidance and advice helped me with various topics: meaning at work, influence, having difficult conversations, asking myself the right question. I strongly recommend Fiorenza as a Coach. She helped me grow personally and in my career. It was a real pleasure working with her. I will miss our Friday morning sessions.
